Register Your Builder
We welcome builders of your choice to register with Walker Heights. To start building in our community, builders simply need to agree to our friendly neighborhood covenants. We look forward to working together to make Walker Heights a wonderful place to live.
Provide Builder With Covenants
A copy of the neighborhood covenants will be available for review by January 1, 2024, before deposits are accepted.

Once you have your ideal floor plan, please submit your choice along with the exterior finish schedule for our review. Once approved, you are all set to apply for your building permit! We're here to assist you every step of the way.
