DESCRIPTION
Built in an established community, the client wanted to introduce a modern farmhouse style while still blending with the fabric of the existing subdivision. We worked closely with the homeowner to create a modern experience through this home while still meeting the more traditional design regulations of the neighborhood. Simple, clean lines are seen throughout the home while the open floor concept utilizes hallways and ceiling heights to create clean separation between spaces and allow for privacy. Lighter wood tones bring warmth to the home and continue to the back porch through the beams and ceiling. Vaulted ceilings and large windows create an airy and expansive design aesthetic to the main living spaces.
Craftsmanship was infused in each detail to ensure that this custom home exceeded the expectations of the client for a modern and simple space to be enjoyed inside and out. The achievement of timeless beauty in a bold and fresh way was only possible through the collaborative approach of the client and design-build team.
